Dennis, I just wanted to say thanks for finding that vibration on my 2011 limited on Saturday. I visited your dealership on Friday, March 8th while down for Bike Week and was impressed. That evening I discovered I had lost a fob and key to my '12 Ultra Classic. The next morning I returned to the dealership and talked to the guys in service, they sent me to parts to get a fob and then hooked me up with a guy to program it. Everybody I talked with was very professional and helpful. Next trip down I'll be stopping by for more clothes and other stuff. Thanks again for your help.

Just before Bike Week I had my bike serviced and new rear tire installed at a dealership in Ohio. After arriving in Daytona I went for a ride and the rear wheel came loose and the belt was slipping. I called your service department they took the bike right in, fixed the problem in record time, and I was back on the road in about an hour. Thanks for the quick turnaround!

I trailered my HD CVO Ultra to Daytona for bike week and as I drove down from Toronto Canada the weld on my crash bar broke. Given that it was bike week, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told your service department could work on my bike in right away and also do my needed oil change at the same time. I came back in to inquire about an issue I was having with my Navigation Interface Module. Dennis and the factory HD rep confirmed that there was an issue with the first generation NIM modules and replaced it at no cost to me under warranty. Dennis made arrangements to have my bike brought in to service right away to have the part replaced. Both times my bike was in for service, it came out washed and shined up! The service provided by you and your team is second to none!!! Thank you to the entire team at Bruce Rossmeyer's H-D.

I would like management to know that the service department at Destination Daytona, and especially Dennis De Costa, are an excellent group of people to deal with. During your busiest time of year last weekend I noticed my brake light was not working, I checked the bulb and decided to bring it in on Bike week of all weeks. When I approached the service writer it dawned on me that it could be a fuse. I asked the service writer if it would be ok for me to check the fuse and if that was my problem get a new one and be on my way. He allowed me to pull my bike to the side inside the service center write up area and commence taking the bike apart. Once I concluded the fuse was not burned out I noticed the brake relay solenoid. Surely I thought this was the problem, and as I was about to ask if this could be tested when Dennis came up and asked if he could help. I told him the problem and he quickly verified that the solenoid was not the problem and noticed that the brake lever on the handle bar was not properly installed. He made the adjustment and also pointed out that my running light on the brake light was not working. I bought a new bulb and Dennis helped me with the cable. Again all this was done at no expense to me other than the bulb! Everybody says that HD stands for High Dollar, but I know that it really means quality and when you can get a service department to look at a small problem on a busy Bike Week weekend - and that is why I would always bring my bikes to Bruce Rossmeyer's Shop for any service - especially major repairs. I know that the people there have my interest at their heart. Thank you again Bruce Rossmeyer Service and especial thanks to Dennis.

Thursday at Bike Week 2013 my 2008 HD Ultra Classic had a problem - a hole developed in my rear brake line from rubbing on the frame. Although no one in FL had the part in stock, Adam was able to work with a Factory Rep on site and get the part by Saturday noon. Adam also noticed a gasket weeping on the inner primary case. During the repair process for the inner primary case gasket, teeth were discovered missing from the clutch cluster and a new one was installed. I was informed the throttle positioning sensor was sending error codes so it was replaced, and the rear wheel rubber bushings were worn and in need of replacing. After picking up the bike everything seemed fine at first. Then I kept experiencing problems with the idle when the engine was warm. It idled between 16 & 20 on the tach consistently. I returned to service and Adam calmly handled the situation but the mechanic, Scott, said everything was within factory specs and no code was being sent. I took to bike but returned again with the same issue 10 minutes before closing time. At this time the bike was idling at 12 consistently & Scott looked at it briefly but said it was within specs. I took the bike again and called Adam to make an appointment the following day for the same problem. Upon arrival I asked Adam to come outside and look at the bike because it was idling at 16 to 18 on the tach. Adam came out and verified I was correct and took the bike in for diagnosis. In the end Adam said they had to replace the throttle positioning sensor again. I want to thank Adam for his assistance and willingness to listen without being rude & short like the first service writer. Adam is representing your organization with concern for the customer even in the heat of a busy, busy, busy week. Adam is a credit to your organization.

Dear Shelly, Just wanted to take a minute and give you some positive feedback. I am not sure how many people actually take the time to give you and your dealership in Ormond praise. I have been buying bikes from the Rossmeyer family for the last 12 years. I just bought my fourth one, which was a 13 Road Glide tricked out. Over the last year or so I have seen your employees go above and beyond whether it was in sales, service, parts and even clothing apparel. I have referred numerous customers to your dealership for new or used bikes and everybody has been very happy. The biggest thing is the service department; those guys will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. A dealership is only as strong as their service department. That is what most people rely on after they purchase a bike. I have to be honest, there was a time when that was not the case. I ride with some really hardcore bikers that are very finicky about their bikes and who work’s on them. You walk in to your dealership and there are no attitudes and everybody there is willing to help. Keep up the good work! I am bringing another customer to you over the weekend from Virginia who wants to buy a bike from you after speaking with me. Best regards.
